Terms and conditions

1. Request and confirmation

Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed booking. JK Rentals will confirm services, quantities, dates, price and agreed conditions in writing before handover.

2. Rates and payments

The final price, currency, applicable taxes, deposits, payment methods and any additional charges will be stated in the quote. No payment is taken when this form is submitted.

3. Vehicles

Handover is subject to identity checks, driving documentation and requirements communicated by our team. Customers must drive responsibly, follow local rules and permitted routes, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair driving.

4. Speakers and equipment

Use equipment according to handover instructions, respecting noise restrictions and permitted areas. Protect it from water, impacts and uses for which it is not designed.

5. Pickup and return

Location, time, equipment condition, fuel, accessories and any special conditions will be agreed during confirmation. Report damage or issues promptly and return equipment as agreed.

6. Tours and weather

Itinerary, inclusions, participants and schedule are confirmed by the team. Weather, safety or operational circumstances may require a proposed change, rescheduling or cancellation, which will be communicated to the customer.

7. Changes and cancellations

Request changes or cancellations as early as possible. Deadlines, refund conditions and any charges must be communicated and agreed before confirmation and payment; this form does not impose an automatic penalty.

8. Data and notifications

JK Rentals uses your name, email and phone to process the request, coordinate services and communicate receipt, confirmation or cancellation. Acceptance does not authorize promotional emails. Do not include passwords or full card details in the notes.

9. Acceptance

Checking the box confirms you have read and accept these terms for processing your request. Review the quote-specific conditions before accepting a confirmed booking. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
